Commitment to Achieving Net Zero
Growth Engineering is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2030. This commitment is supported by our participation in Tech Zero and the sustainability governance set out in our Ethics & Sustainability Manual.
Baseline Emissions Footprint
Growth Engineering operates as a fully remote organisation with no physical office space, no fleet, and minimal direct energy consumption. Emissions are measured annually through Ecologi.

Growth Engineering has set the following targets:
- Achieve Net Zero by 2030
- Measure and offset 100% of emissions annually
- Reduce emissions through sustainable procurement, cloud efficiency and remote-first operations
- Continue participating in the Tech Zero working group to support sector-wide decarbonisation

- Fully remote workforce, reducing commuting and office-related emissions
- Cloud hosting via AWS, which uses renewable-energy-powered data centres
- Annual measurement and offsetting of Scope 1–3 emissions
- Environmental training for all employees

- Quarterly review of sustainability metrics
- Ethical Risk Register integrated into the company’s wider risk management framework
