Gmail (Web)
1. Click Copy Signature above.
2. Open Gmail, click the gear icon, then See all settings.
3. Scroll to Signature and click + Create new.
4. Click inside the editor and paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V).
5. Tick "Insert signature before quoted text in replies and remove the '--' line".
6. Set as default for both new emails and replies/forwards.
7. Click Save Changes.
Tip: While in Settings, scroll to Default text style and set to Tahoma, size Small, colour #0a1628 (our navy) for brand-consistent body text.
Gmail (Mobile App)
Gmail mobile only supports plain text signatures. Configure via Gmail web (above) and it will appear on emails sent from mobile automatically.
Outlook (Desktop)
1. Click Copy HTML above.
2. File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New.
3. Paste the HTML in the Source tab.
4. Set as default for new messages and replies.
Note: Outlook uses Word's rendering engine. Gradients show as solid purple fallback.
Outlook (Web / Microsoft 365)
1. Click Copy Signature above.
2. Settings → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Compose and reply.
3. Paste into the signature editor and save.
Apple Mail (Mac)
1. Click Copy Signature above.
2. Mail → Settings (Cmd+,) → Signatures tab.
3. Click + to add, paste into the editor.
4. Uncheck "Always match my default message font".
Apple Mail (iPhone / iPad)
iOS only supports plain text in the signature field. Email yourself the signature, open in Mail, select all, copy, then paste into Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature. Or configure via Gmail/Outlook web instead.
