At times like these, the well-being of you and your team is essential and should come above everything else. Self-care has never been more important. To help support you and others within your organisation, we’ve created three microunits that we hope will contribute to your physical and mental well-being.
These are free to use however you wish. View them in your browser, send them onto colleagues or friends, download them (as SCORM 1.2 or xAPI files) and upload them to your learning platform. We hope they prove to be a useful resource.
