With extensive experience of sales strategy, operations and leadership in various vertical markets, Simon leads GE’s sales team.
As Sales Director of a £80M IT Reseller of hardware and solutions into Public Sector markets, prior to joining GE, Simon led a 60-strong sales team and delivered significant growth. And while workign as MD/Sales and Marketing Director of a £50M Imaging Distributor and Reseller, he delivered a successful change programme.
Simon’s challenge at GE was to move the business from its traditional channels to deliver significant growth in evolving markets, including the grocery non-food sector, dotcoms and direct B2B. His hands-on, direct experience makes sure the Growth Engineering product portfolio is developed in line with what sales functions in organisations need, and can benefit from.
