E Learning Case Study Shows Effectiveness of Online Training

An e learning case study shows the effectiveness of online training and LMS Academy training.

What do you do when you are a rapidly expanding company with a global client base that requires ongoing training and support? For Worcestershire based Lean enterprise consultancy Lean Transition Solutions Ltd the answer was simple: create an online university.

Lean Transition Solution’s wanted to deliver a recurring training program to compliment their existing classroom workshops to their expanding global client base. In order to achieve this, the need was identified for an online academy that could provide measurable return on investment in training, strengthening knowledge delivered in their workshops.

Classroom training modules and e-learning materials were also a requirement in order to help reinforce learning.

Growth Engineering created LTSacademy.com, an online university that allows Lean Transition Solution clients to access a continual training platform made up of eLearning content, classroom training materials and information on current available courses, as well as an information centre complete with valuable Lean process resources and articles. All of the learning platform material is fully measureable via a Get Developed zone, which allows continued assessment to take place in the form of quizzes, tests and surveys.

“Our learning and development academy has helped us to gain a firm foundation to the training we provide and has seriously leveraged the training success rate,” says Brett Griffiths, Msc MBA, Director, Lean Transition Solutions Ltd.

“This enables us to quantify the return on investment to our clients and gain true sustainability to the training being used in practice in the work place.”

E Learning Examples for Business Training

LMS or Learning Management Academy training supports your staff training needs in a cost effective way and new rapid authoring technology makes it possible to easily add quizzes, learning games and tests into a course. These reinforce learning but also make online assessments and accreditation possible, too, so businesses can easily quantify the return on investment that e learning services provide.
