Online Training for Product Channels

Motivate staff to appreciate online channel training is key to building successful elearning, research shows.

Research conducted into elearning services, looking at the training methods adopted within businesses, found that one of the key factors identified as the biggest barriers to successful implementation included: the reluctance of staff to adopt new technology, lack of knowledge about its potential use and implementation and lack of skills amongst staff to manage and implement e-learning.

Recent research found that just 30 per cent of UK businesses are satisfied with the results produced by their Learning Management System (LMS) and a further 17 per cent of those surveyed said that they are not satisfied and 38 per cent said their system is not geared to meet future demands. The study also revealed that just 17 per cent of LMS users would recommend their current supplier to another firm. Only 2 out of 5 company employees agree that information about their e-learning is easy to find in their organisation.

Many companies are realising that elearning services and tools such as academy learning management systems can bring about a real benefit to their business if implemented properly.

Typically an organisation spending £40,000 within the first year will see a return on investment of £120,000 - £180,000, because an effective LMS Training Academy will not only help reduce your overall training costs, but it will also help your organisation increase profitability too.

Creating and delivering eLearning is an extremely effective way of providing targeted, powerful training in the most cost efficient way. Find Out more about elearning services with Growth Engineering. Telephone: 01753 840 331, Email: info@growthengineering.co.uk
