Investing in E Learning Services Crucial for IT Professionals

Interestingly, skills acquisition even rated above a work-life balance and job security for highly ambitious younger workers. Despite the recession IT companies need to realise that ambitious IT professionals will be increasingly dissatisfied with their roles if they are not receiving the level of training and development they feel they need in order to get the job done.
eLearning Training to Retain Staff
As all companies know, hiring and training new staff can be an expensive process with recent studies showing that companies spend as much as £5,000 recruiting the average employee, with the costs increasing significantly depending on how senior the position is.
A far better investment for companies is to build a dedicated elearning academy. Fully hosted online academies are a proven way to make staff members feel as if they are contributing more to a company, making them potentially less likely to want to leave.
Academy training not only supports your staff training needs in a cost effective way via affordable product knowledge training and online assessment, but it will also act as a resource for knowledge sharing within your business, too.
