Academy LMS Plat­form specification

Growth Engin­eer­ing LMS plat­form is a hos­ted, on-demand or soft­ware as a ser­vice (col­lect­ively SAAS) busi­ness solu­tion. Our ser­vice is offered on a annual license fee basis, housed in a multi-tenant data centre and delivered remotely over the Web, to web browsers.   Our ser­vice is a fully hos­ted man­aged ser­vice.  Spe­cific­a­tion for the train­ing Academy is as follows

• Fully man­aged hos­ted web based solu­tion, hos­ted on a domain of your choice
• Fully branded to your cor­por­ate identify

3 levels of user access -

• Gold Login — for Sys­tem admin­is­tra­tion — con­tent upload of train­ing mater­ial, tests, assess­ments, cer­ti­fic­a­tions, art­icles, links, blog administration
• Sil­ver Login — for man­ager, sub­ject mat­ter experts and instruct­ors, to invite, develop and report on users pro­gress towards goals (use with Chan­nel Partners)
• Bronze login — –for Indi­vidual stu­dents, show­ing his­tor­ical over­view of pro­gress, con­tains their assess­ments, tests, and rel­ev­ant content
• Assess­ments Centre — know­ledge assess­ments (for indi­vidu­als to take), wit­ness based (for man­agers to take to assess staff), 360 degree assess­ments.  Feed­back and con­tent can be auto­mat­ic­ally given on wrong answers.
• Con­tent Man­age­ment for the upload of train­ing mater­i­als ppts / eLearn­ing / flash files / audio files, inform­a­tion files and down­load­able resources SCORM com­pli­ant
• Test­ing — post course deliv­ery, test facil­ity which allows users to test their new under­stand­ing and know­ledge.  These tests can be marked auto­mat­ic­ally by the sys­tem or marked by line man­agers if answers are qual­it­at­ive in nature.
• Cer­ti­fic­a­tion and Qual­i­fic­a­tions Man­age­ment — cre­ate and man­age a range of qual­i­fic­a­tions through the Platform
• Sur­vey — 360 degree assess­ments for internal staff, report on results
• Classroom Train­ing Book­ing and Resource Man­age­ment - Cre­ate classroom train­ing ses­sions, alloc­ate resources ie loc­a­tion, trainer etc
• Sub­ject Mat­ter Experts — Experts upload their pro­file and rel­ev­ant mater­i­als for users to search on and access
• Lead­er­boards — Con­figured by hierarchy
• Report­ing — At man­ager and admin level.  Report on login, pro­gress towards goals, stu­dent activ­ity, stu­dent per­form­ance (assess­ments, tests and cer­ti­fic­a­tions) and con­tent viewed and download
