1. We adopt the Dis­cov­ery Method of Instruc­tional Design, which allows the learner to make the learn­ing pro­cess their own, reflect­ively apply­ing new ideas and con­cepts to their real-world experiences.
2. We think eLearn­ing has to be as enter­tain­ing as it it instruc­tional so that users look for­ward to it.
3. From the word go, we employ a ‘what’s in it for me’ and a ‘would I get out of bed for this’ rule.  if it does not work it for us, we will not inflict it on your team.
