Creating a Corporate Academy LMS

Our Academy LMS platform is a flexible, user-friendly fully managed service, allowing our customers to quickly and cost effectively create, distribute and track online staff training and full compliance training online, easily.

Working with Learning and Development experts we have created an eLearning system which is simple and intuitive to use whilst at the same time offering a powerful range of eLearning tools that provide the infrastructure to deliver your company’s vision on people development.

3 levels of Acadmey LMS user access:-

• Gold Login - for System administration - content upload of training material, tests, assessments, certifications, articles, links, and blog administration.
• Silver Login - for Manager and channel management, to invite, develop and report on user’s progress towards goals.
• Bronze login - for Individual user, showing historical overview of progress, contains their assessments, tests, and relevant content.

The Academy LMS can be used for external development of channel partners as well as for internal staff.

Our customers select from the following features to create their own academy:

Assessment Centre – Enables the creation, delivery and feedback of a number of online assessment solutions and online elearning knowledge assessments (for individuals to take) all of which can be witness based so that managers can assess staff via a full online assessment service. The eLearning online assessment centre can be used to create items such as online training for product channels, manage induction e-learning programs, coaching feedback and annual appraisals. In addition our Academy LMS solution allows you to create personal development plans as part of your staff’s online assessments, online elearning and product knowledge training.

Content Management – Our Academy LMS solution provides a powerful content management system that allows our customers to deliver a blended program of materials – Power point presentations / eLearning / flash files / audio files / movie files all stored in the library for download or viewing as part of your web based learning solution, anytime anywhere. Content can be categorised into learning development streams, subject categories, or to reflect internal structures.

eLearning Creator – Our eLearning creator enables clients to quickly and easily create high quality interactive elearning content without the need for design or technical skills. The web-based authoring tool makes it easy to create e learning design on your own, without the need for an elearning design company, as well as manage and control online elearning projects from different locations.

Testing and Certification Centre – The Academy LMS testing and certification centre allows clients to test and certify knowledge learnt. It offers a full online assessment service and tests can be marked automatically or marked by line managers if answers are qualitative in nature. Successful completion of a set of tests can lead to certification in line with company standards and requirements.

Qualifications Management – Allows our clients to create and manage a range of internal or external qualifications through the platform as part of continued online staff training and elearning training.

Survey Centre – Our survey tool allows clients to survey internal and external customers. This can be used to manage ‘happy sheets’ i.e. training feedback or to survey external customers as to the impact or results that have seen following training. Surveys can be sent out via email or managed over the phone.

Knowledge Share – Share knowledge and the experience of subject matter experts through the Knowledge share hub – publish and manage newsletters, articles, frequently asked question and answers, and popular or useful links.

Solution Finder - Diagnostic tool that enables users go through a series of questions that arrive at product or service recommendation which can then be sent directly to the customer. Academy LMS Training: What’s the process to get my Academy up and running?
